Expert home cook Judy Walker began The Secret Ingredient in 2011."I have many years of cooking experience, have attended courses at the famous Betty’s Cookery School in Harrogate, the Bertinet Kitchen in Bath and the prestigious Ashburton Cookery School in Devon, I am a fully trained EVERHOT and AGA demonstrator, teach at Linnels Farm Cookery School in Hexham, have demonstrated at the Living North Christmas Fair in Newcastle and have been a judge at the Great Taste awards. I hold the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Award in Food Safety in Catering Level 2.
